These are plain-English terms. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
A custom website built for your business, with hosting, SSL, search engine basics, unlimited edits and a monthly report. Add-ons you choose (SEO Premier, Growth ads management, online store) are listed with their price at checkout and billed on the same card.
Your plan is a month-to-month subscription. The card you enter at checkout is charged the monthly price shown there, today and then on the same day each month, until you cancel.
The charge appears on your card statement as BRIGHT AUTO WEBSITE. We text you before each renewal.
Text or email us and say cancel. Future charges stop the same day, with no fee and no questions. Your site stays up through the end of the month you have already paid for.
Your domain, your website and its content are yours. If you cancel, you keep the site and we help you move the domain wherever you want it.
We text you with a link to update the card. If it stays unpaid the site may pause until the balance is settled, and it comes right back up once it is.
A month is not refunded once it has started, because the hosting and work for that month are already delivered. If anything is ever wrong, text us before calling your bank. We answer the same day and we will make it right.
